I cannot over-emphasize how awesome the Winwood Maintenance Team is! They like their jobs and do whatever they can to resolve issues. They are friendly, patient, professional, competent, and a joy to work with.

I have lived at Winwood apartments for almost 11 years. It has so many great amenities including a dog park and a dog spa, two outside swimming pools with one being salt water. There are lots of walking trails and green space. The maintenance people do such a great job of handling inside repairs. We have a brand new marketing office called The Club. There's also a brand new exercise room with lots of new equipment. I highly recommend living here

Winwood has been one of the best apartment complexes i have ever lived. the apartments are nice, the maintenance people respond right away and most of the residents are super friendly. the office staff have been very accommodating and very nice as well. i have lived in several other apartments over the years, and none of them compare to winwood. 10/10 would recommend!
